Very Good
We loved the breakfast! And the hotel location as well as the kindness of the staff. The room (and the hotel) was super-clean, with excellent wi-fi and a super-comfy bed).
The room was super-small (there was no space to open the mini-fridge, unfortunately)

Good location on the metro line, friendly staff
Nice clean property with spacious rooms, large windows and comfy bed. Powerful hot showers.
No kettle in the room - but the lady at reception gave us some coffee vouchers so that was a plus !

What was the highlight of Empire Lisbon Hotel
Our stay was pleasant.
The ambience of the hotel was very nice, neat and very well organised. Reception area was large with very good sitting arrangements. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. We opted for breakfast included in our stay, to our surprise it was having a wide variety of dishes, coffee and sweets. As we had quite time left for our return flight, we wanted to visit some other places after checkout and when asked we were allowed to store our bags in the hotel after checkout, which was very helpful. Overall experience was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!
Only thing we didn’t like was the shower door making some noise.

Exceptional
Good location - next to underground station and close to the airport. The room was warm even though the air conditioner hasn’t been set up for heating. Good breakfast and super nice staff
I wish we could leave the luggage for a couple of days but the luggage room is quite small:(
